Unlike most call centers, we help happy customers. We are on the front lines of three of Outlier’s businesses – Passport Health, Pump It Up and BounceU – fielding mostly inbound sales calls. At Passport Health, we help people prepare for their international trip by helping them set-up travel consults. At Pump It Up and BounceU, we help parents plan their child’s birthday party. Meet Shannon, our VP of Sales & Service Center Operations. An Outlier since 2016, Shannon‘s passion for people development is one of her greatest qualities. Shannon brings empathy, integrity and creativity into the call center to create a fun and unique environment for her team. Shannon values employee suggestions and is always looking for continuous improvement within the call center. Shannon takes pride in motivating her team to meet their ultimate career potential.

Afton Hernandez

Meet Afton, our Customer Sales & Service Manager. An Outlier since 2015, Afton co-leads the Customer Care Center for Passport Health and Manages the Fun Brands team that books birthday parties for kids. Afton’s commitment to her team’s success is driven by her supportive and caring leadership style. She is a stimulating leader who demonstrates extreme passion for problem solving and improving performance. She is the first one to roll up her sleeves and do the work she asks of others, inspiring commitment and loyalty from everyone.

Madison Burkhalter

Meet Madison, our Customer Sales & Service Center Supervisor. An outlier since 2016, Madison co-leads the Customer Care Center and Manages the Passport and Visa Services team responsible for securing travel documents to clients traveling overseas. Madison brings compassion and a natural ability to encourage and nurture her team through coaching and development. She is an open minded, energetic leader who generates creativity in others to do things differently and think outside the box.
