Patrick van den Bossche

Immigrating from the Netherlands as a teenager, Patrick van den Bossche is a glowing example of living  “The American Dream”. He is a natural when it comes to leading and motivating people, a gift which has helped chart the course of his very successful, diverse career. An entrepreneur to the core, Patrick has led and operated a variety of fast growth, start-up and next-growth companies including Barrett-Jackson, Modtech, SPI and Turnkey, among others; spanning across industries including manufacturing, goods, and services.  Today, he is putting those leadership skills to good use as the President of Realty Executives International, one of the largest real estate franchise organizations worldwide.

A lifelong pursuer of learning and knowledge, Patrick’s credentials include State of California Polytechnic University of Pomona School of Architecture, Six Sigma, LEAN training, LEED™ training, and the Toyota Production System training.  He is a long-time member of the International Young Presidents Organization (YPO) including leadership roles as Chairman of the Board, WPO Pacific Region Board and Network Chairman for the International YPO Automotive Network.

He treasures being holistic in his life to create well roundness to his leadership by being involved in altruism through non-profit organizations such as ChildHelp, NotMYKid, The Phoenix Theatre Company, Dressed for Success, and MASK and through introspection achieved through his penchant for triathlons, yoga, strength training, languages, mentoring, reading, music, and his church community.  All of this is integrated into his family life with his wife and life partner, Denise, who is a high energy driven sales executive that has been licensed in real estate since 1985, and also includes Tristan Baloo, the company’s CFO (“Chief Furry Officer”), a 4-pound teacup Yorkie.
