Knoxville Realty Executives Agents Secure 35 Spots On Awards List

KNOXVILLE– July 17, 2018 –- Realty Executives International is proud to announce that Realty Executives Associates in Knoxville have taken 35 spots of REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list. Realty Executives agent Sharon Bailey has accumulated $35,763,959 in individual sales volume, good for 8th place in the Individual by Volume category, Realty Executives Associates highest placement on the list.

To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2017. Additionally, Aaron Fowler completed 121 individual transactions placing him in the number 11 spot in the Individual by Sides category. As for the team categories, the Billy Houston Group had an impressive showing by securing spots in both the Teams by Sides category (164 transactions) and Teams by Volume category ($39,593,285). By category, 20 Realty Executives agents were placed in Individual by Sides, eight in Individual by Volume, six in Teams by Sides, and one in the Teams by Volume category.

America’s Best Real Estate Professionals ranks nearly 14,000 of the top U.S. residential real estate sales professionals and teams by state and metropolitan statistical area (MSA) based on real estate sales in 2017.
