Passport Health is looking for a motivated Digital Marketer to join our growing digital marketing team. This role provides an opportunity to work on digital marketing for multiple brands with over 1000+ locations across US/Canada and digital properties in locations across US/Canada that more than a million users engage with monthly.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, loves collaborating, and is familiar/experienced with customer acquisition/engagement through online channels (ex: Google, SEO, PPC, Social).
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, execute, and maintain ROI-focused targeted ad campaigns
 
- Write and edit ads used for paid advertising in search and display
 
- Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions
 
- Produce detailed analysis and reports of campaigns
 
- Produce spreadsheet reports on advertising results, search terms, and ranking
 
- Conduct keyword research to inform campaigns
 
- Review search terms and rankings to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement
 
- Test digital properties (Website, Google Business Profiles) periodically to ensure all businesses are accessible online
 
- Produce engaging copy for various channels, ensuring the pieces adhere to the overall strategy, tone, and message of the Brand
 
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
 
- Present campaign performance metrics, goal tracking, and results to senior management team including suggestions for campaign improvement
 
- Collaborate with marketing team members, as well as across other teams to ensure focuses and campaigns align with overall company goals and initiatives
 
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet internal and external deadlines
 
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
 
- 3+ years of experience working in paid advertising and SEO
 
- Experience with Google Adwords and Google web tools
 
- Good writing/editing skills (Review blogs, write ad copy, social posts, website content)
 
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets and Google Tools
 
- Fun to be around, adding positive energy to the room
 
- Willingness to wear multiple hats in the marketing department
 
- Ability to adapt to new situations quickly in an ever-changing industry.
 
- Demonstrate ability to maintain productivity in diverse work setups
 
- Lives in Phoenix metro area; this is not a remote position
