Customer Sales Representative – Pump It Up & BounceU

As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be the gateway to the most epic birthday celebration of a kid’s life. You’ll be the first step to a child unleashing their wild side and having limitless fun in one of our amazing, private, inflatable playgrounds on the biggest day of their year.  So we’ve got two very important questions for you. We’re looking for energetic, outgoing and passionate birthday party lovers who are ready to break new ground and help shape our new in-house Sales & Service Center.   • Answer inbound phone inquiries and provide information about private event options, hours of operation, and other store-level policies 

  • Convert inbound inquiries into party bookings by guiding customers to available party slots and recommending party packages to meet their needs

  • Suggestively sell party options to create the perfect party experience and increase the final party package price

  • Place outbound confirmation and possible booking calls to customers

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction rating


  • High school degree or equivalent

  • Passion for fun and the ability to communicate that enthusiasm

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Verbal communications and phone etiquette skills

  • Comfortable using a computer to navigate between store-specific websites, providing location-specific pricing, packages, and other information

  • Ability to learn and use party booking software

  • Ability to listen and solve customer complaints and concerns

  • Ability to overcome obstacles and objections

  • Desire to always make each exchange with customers a positive and memorable experience

  • Organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail

  • Willing to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays


  • Minimum of 1 year in event planning, entertainment, or travel reservation experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

  • Bilingual a plus!
