The legal department provides full-spectrum legal support to a large enterprise consisting of several distinct businesses in diverse fields including health care services, real estate brokerages, entertainment venues, and more. These businesses operate throughout North America with some overseas presence, and consist of corporate-owned and franchised locations.
Recurring subject matters for the legal department, relevant to this role, include franchise relations, M&A, litigation, administration and maintenance of legal entity and intellectual property filings and registrations, and commercial contracts.

Confidence, reliability, organizational skills and detail/context-awareness are crucial.
Command of core features of commonplace office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat, with an ability to become comfortable with similar proprietary and third-party software/cloud solutions) is essential. Our environment is hard working, with high standards, while also being flexible, fun, good-natured and down-to-earth.
Compensation will reflect the selected candidate’s strengths and experience but is anticipated to be in the range of $50,000 to $60,000. Benefits include available employer-sponsored health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) and PTO.
